Mental Game Individual Session
$25
per session
Zoom call with your player to work on mental game prep. During this call, we will talk about how to look at failure as an opportunity and go over exercises they can do on game day to reset in the moment.
4 weeks of
Unique Practice Plans
$50
per set
I will tailor 4 practice plans to the skills and areas of opportunity you’ve identified. We will review the practice plan together so you go into your practices prepared.
Mental Game Team Practice
$100
per session
I will lead a 45-minute Zoom session for the team. Topics can range from preparing for a tournament/game, how to set effective goals, setting team rules and consequences, overcoming failure in the moment, among others.
